Medical Treatment

We will obtain a detailed description of your injuries, the names of the doctors caring for you, and the hospitals where you received treatment. During your case, our office will be in touch with you periodically to learn from you about the progress of your injuries and medical condition.

It is important that you fully describe the effects of your injuries to your doctor. It is difficult for the doctor to completely evaluate you without an accurate account of how these injuries affect you. Until all of your injuries have been identified and your condition is resolved or stabilized, you should remain under the doctor’s care.

Medical Bills

If you have health insurance or a health plan, please give the health insurance or plan information to your doctors. This will permit the doctors to bill your plan directly.

In some cases, your health insurance or plan or your doctors may later request reimbursement for the amounts they paid. We can assist in negotiating those claims directly with them.
